Information you need to provide
To get a stillbirth certificate you need to provide:
- full name on the certificate
- date of birth
- gender
- mother's full birth name
- father's full name, if recorded
Fees
A stillbirth certificate costs €20.
Postage costs:
- €2 for each order in Ireland
- €3 for each order outside of Ireland
