Referral letter with the following clinical details: gestational age, complications with the pregnancy and relevant past medical history.
Internal directions
Physiotherapy services are held in the main outpatient corridor in UMHL. Proceed through the front door, take the first right through double doors, proceed past the shop, take the stairs to the ground floor and continue straight at the end of the stairs. The Physiotherapy Department is located on the right between the scanning rooms and the clinic. The door is signposted.
