Tuesday 9am to 12pm, Wednesday 9am to 12pm, Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 2pm. Strictly by appointment only. Call to make an appointment. A member of the team will respond within 5 working days. Urgent blood tests cannot be booked.

Referral information
You must have a valid blood test request form signed by the requesting clinician. Blood test request letters, emails or notes for other laboratories are not accepted. Unsigned forms or those with no requesting details are not accepted. If your GP has advised that you need to fast you will be offered the next available slot, depending on test requirements.
