    What you will learn

    Stress is a normal part of life. It's important to learn ways to cope with it.

    You will learn:

    • what stress is, including how and why it happens
    • about things that can cause stress (stressors)
    • about signs of stress in the body
    • a breathing exercise to calm your body in moments of stress

    Things you can do

    You can practise some activities to help you manage stress:

    Do belly breathing

    To calm the body and reduce signs of stress, try belly breathing.
