United Nations Convention for the Rights of Person with Disabilities (UNCRPD) underpins how Disability Services are delivered and prioritised within the Wicklow area within the available Disability Resources annually. PA Hours supports adults with a physical and/or sensory disability to live independently, participate in everyday work and social activities within the community. Adults with a physical and/or sensory disability up to age 65 years who have the ability to manage their own service.
