Physiotherapy Mobility/Falls Service
Physiotherapy supports individuals to be independently and functionally safe. Issues with muscle and joint injury, back pain with chest conditions and issues affecting balance/mobility are covered. This service includes mobility assessment incorporating evaluation of safety and risk, provision of social and carer support and provision of mobility aids. Domiciliary visits are limited to vulnerable patients with high frailty or disability levels who are unable to access outpatient services and /or require assessment in the home environment.

Internal directions
Check in at the primary care reception on the first floor (lifts available), take a seat in the waiting area. The receptionist will notify the relevant therapy of your arrival and a member of staff will meet you and direct you to the appropriate room for your appointment.
