Parking charges are:

  • €2 an hour for the first 2 hours

Patient Advocacy Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advocacy and Liaison Service (PALS) team acts as a point of contact between patients, their families or carers, and the hospital.

If you have concerns about your care or service, speak to the person in charge of the area. They can help with your concerns quickly.

The PALS team can help if:

  • your concerns have not been addressed
  • you would like the support of an advocate

The PALS team works on ways to improve the patient experience by listening and responding to what matters to our patients. We also helps support those who are most vulnerable throughout their hospital experience.

The PALS service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you make contact outside these hours we will get back to you on the next working day.

There is a PALS team for the Emergency Department. They can support patients and their families. They also provide a clinic to support, listen and advise patients and families during their stay.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 2pm to 4pm.

Payments

You can pay your bill over the phone with your credit card or debit card.

The Patient Accounts Office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm. Contact a cashier if you want to pay with a bank transfer.

Pastoral care

The chapel is on the ground floor of the administration building. It is open Monday to Sunday, 7.30am to 7.30pm.

Mass times are:

  • Monday to Friday at 1pm
  • Saturdays at 7pm
  • Sundays at 10am

Adoration is Monday to Friday, 12pm to 1pm.
