Visiting hours
Information for visitors
Access for visitors is by appointment.
Visiting times are:
- 2.30pm to 4pm
- 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Please do not visit a patient in the hospital if you are feeling unwell. If you have symptoms like a sore throat, cough, temperature, shortness of breath or please do not visit the hospital to help keep vulnerable patients safe.
Important information- there is limited visits in outbreak wards.
If the hospital is managing an infectious outbreak on a ward then access to visitors will be limited to protect patients and visitors.
Visitors need to follow public health guidance and use hand sanitiser regularly during their visit to the hospital. Face masks are available throughout the hospital.
Maternity department
Nominated support partners can visit between 9am and 8pm.

Restaurants
Junction Restaurant is open to the member of the public, located on the first floor of the hospital.
Shop
The shop is located in the hospital lobby.
Opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday 7.30 to 8pm
- Saturday 9am to 8pm
- Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am to 8pm
The shop provides tea, coffee, snacks and sandwiches as well as newspapers, magazines and toiletries.
Internet Access
Free public wifi is available throughout the hospital.
Pastoral Care
A Chaplaincy Service is available to all patients.

Payment Information
The Patient Accounts Office is open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. You can pay a bill in person, or by phone, by calling 074 91 23508.

By cheque: Cheques should be made payable to the Health Service Executive.
You can pay your bill by cheque in person or you can post it to the relevant hospital. Please write the patient’s hospital number and invoice number on the back of the cheque and complete the remittance slip attached to the invoice.
Smoke-free campus
All our hospitals are smoke-free campuses. Smoking is not allowed throughout the hospital and the hospital grounds. Supports available to give up smoking
