Supports

Patient Advocacy Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advocacy and Liaison Service (PALS) team acts as a point of contact between patients, their families or carers, and the hospital.

If you have concerns about your care or service, speak to the person in charge of the area. They can help with your concerns quickly.

The PALS team can help if:

  • your concerns have not been addressed
  • you would like the support of an advocate

The PALS team works on ways to improve the patient experience by listening and responding to what matters to our patients.

Payments

You can pay a bill over the phone, by post or in person at the Patient Accounts Office.

The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm.
