Community Counselling
The National Counselling Service (NCS) provides free counselling to some people age 18 or older. Services are provided for those who have experienced childhood abuse or neglect, are a former resident of a mother and baby home, are a family member impacted by the Stardust inquest or have a medical card - this is called Counselling in Primary Care (CIPC)
