Domiciliary service
Physiotherapy supports individuals to be independently and functionally safe. The service is provided on site or in the home as appropriate. Issues with muscle and joint injury, back pain with chest conditions and issues affecting balance/mobility are covered. This service is limited to vulnerable patients with high frailty or disability levels who are unable to access outpatient services and /or require assessment in the home environment. This service includes mobility assessment incorporating evaluation of safety and risk, provision of social and carer support and provision of mobility aids.
