Cardio respiratory
The Integrated Care hub provides respiratory physiotherapy services for people with COPD and Asthma, including education re airway clearance techniques, pulmonary rehabilitation classes, and limited oxygen assessment. Where appropriate, equipment can be requested for patients with medical or long-term illness cards. In this service patients attend the CDM hub or where possible a PCC close to their home. Cardiac rehabilitation services are not currently being provided in the CDM hub.
