Physiotherapy Adult Musculoskeletal Service
Physiotherapy supports individuals to be independently and functionally safe. Issues with muscle and joint injury, back pain with chest conditions and issues affecting balance/mobility are covered. Clients who participate in normal community activities and are deemed clinically appropriate for clinic based assessment and treatment. Provides out-patient assessment and management of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, and includes exercise based interventions, education (predominantly around self-management), manual therapy and modalities (e.g. TENS machine).
