Phlebotomy (blood testing)
Phlebotomy (blood testing) is a walk-in service for patients attending main outpatient appointments. Phlebotomy is by appointment only for specialist in-house bloods referred by GP or Consultant in UL Hospitals Group only. Request form with blood tests required must be provided.

Referral by consulting doctor or nurse practitioner for those attending face-to-face or virtual clinics in main outpatients only. Referral by consultant or GP for specialist blood testing.

Referral is by telephone. Consultant or GP referral only accepted.

Phlebotomy room is in outpatients department (OPD) 1, room number 2683. From main entrance, keep right past Costa coffee shop. Turn next right into OPD1. The phlebotomy room is the third door on the left.
