Children diagnosed with congenital talipes equino varus (club foot) with treatment using the Ponseti method and application of boots and bars. 2. Children diagnosed with developmental dysplasia of hips with treatment using harness and casting. 3. Adults diagnosed with diabetic foot ulcers with treatment with total contact casting. 4. All patients requiring treatment with casting.
