Strength exercises

There are 8 exercises in this strength session.

Choose 1 of these options, depending on how you would like to pace the exercises:

  1. Watch the class video in full and follow along.
  2. Do the session at your own pace by watching the exercise videos.

Do each of these exercises 12 times. This is called a set.

Take a 1 minute break between each exercise.

You will need the resistance bands you received in your Get Active pack for these exercises. Start with the red band.
