Emergency Medicine

The Emergency Department (ED) provides emergency care for adult and paediatric patients with a core focus in the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and urgent injuries and illnesses. The ED is open 24/7 for people who are seriously ill, injured or their life is at risk.

Emergency Department Review Clinic

Patients who attend the Emergency Department may be asked to attend the Review Clinic. This clinic is for patients with injuries who may require a repeat X-Ray, or clinical review within a pre-determined period of time.
