Radiology

Radiology uses medical imaging to diagnose and treat diseases. The Radiology Department provides a range of services including: breast ultrasound, cath lab, CT scans, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, hybrid theatre vascular imaging, interventional radiology therapy, mammogram, MRI scans, nuclear medicine, obstetric ultrasound, ultrasound and x-ray.

General X-ray

A general X-ray is the original and most commonly used form of diagnostic imaging. Small amounts of radiation are passed through a selected part of the body to produce a diagnostic image. It is usually used to evaluate the chest and musculoskeletal system. Radiology Services available are General X-Ray, CT Scan and Ultrasound.
