Living Well Programme for Adults with Long-term Health Conditions

Living Well is a free group programme for adults with long-term health conditions. This 6 week HSE self-management programme supports people to develop the practical skills and confidence to live well with their condition. These skills become a toolkit for better health. There is one 2.5 hour workshop each week. The workshops are relaxed and friendly, and are delivered by 2 trained Leaders. At least one of the Leaders lives with a long-term health condition. The programmes are delivered in person and online in various locations across Dublin South and Wicklow. For information on the programme schedule and locations, contact the Living Well Coordinator or check the website.
