Opening hours
Vascular consultant on call 24 hrs 7 days a week for inpatients from the emergency department to surgical assessment unit. Outpatients one day a week (Tuesdays).
Vascular
Vascular Service deals with the diagnosis and management of conditions affecting the circulation, including disease of the arteries, veins and lymphatic vessels. They treat all parts of the vascular system excluding the heart and the brain.
Referrals and Appointments
Available to
Adults, teenagers. Both inpatients and outpatients that have vascular issues or conditions such as abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), varicose veins or arteriovenous fistula (AVF).
Who needs to refer you
GP, consultant, public health nurse, health centres
Referral Information
All information relevant to the referral being sent i.e., bloods, x-rays MRIs, CT, pictures.
