Laura Crossier Sanchez

Biography

Dr Laura Croissier Sanchez is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at University Hospital Limerick, where she currently focuses primarily on the care of patients with breast cancer.

She graduated from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2017 and completed her specialist training in medical oncology in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2023.

From 2023 to 2025, she worked as a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Hospital Universitario de Gran Canaria Doctor Negrín, where she specialised in the treatment of skin cancers such as melanoma, as well as gastrointestinal cancers.

Dr Croissier is an active member of several international oncology societies, including the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), the Spanish Society of Medical Oncologists (SEOM), and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).

She has published her research in respected medical journals, including the American Journal of Clinical Oncology, and her recent work focuses on primary mediastinal germ cell tumours.
Outside of work, Dr Croissier enjoys reading and travelling.
