Online training
Let’s Talk About Suicide is a free, introductory, online suicide prevention programme.
The programme can help you:
- identify people who are at risk of suicide
- confidently ask or talk to someone about suicide
- connect someone with resources that can help them stay safe
Let’s Talk About Suicide uses a mix of guided online content, video and interactive questions.
It takes around 60 minutes to complete. But you can go through the programme at your own pace - stopping and starting as you wish.
The programme is suitable for anyone over age 18 who wants to learn basic suicide prevention skills. It is recommended that anyone recently bereaved wait at least 12 months before completing this programme.
