Types of MyGovID
There are 2 types of MyGovID account:
- basic account
- verified account
A verified account is more secure. You need a verified MyGovID to log in to the HSE Health App. You cannot log in with a basic MyGovID.
How to get a verified MyGovID
To get a verified MyGovID you need:
- a basic MyGovID account
- your PPS number
- a phone
- a public services card (PSC)
If you do not have a public services card, it can take a few days to get one.
