Pulses store is located at the main entrance to the hospital. The shop has a selection of fresh food, tea, coffee, minerals and confectionary. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am until 7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1pm until 4pm

The Hospital Chaplaincy Service operates on an inter-denominational basis, providing a full pastoral care service. Mass is relayed on Channel 5 of your television.
The Patient Advocacy Liaison Service (PALS) volunteers help patients and visitors in University Hospital Limerick, Nenagh Hospital and Ennis Hospital. PALS volunteers welcome patients and visitors and help them find their way around our hospitals. They serve in a variety of roles; way-finders, patient companions, information guides. Volunteers also help with any general queries people may have. This could be arranging a taxi or how to give feedback on their hospital experience. They are dressed in red with an embroidered yellow logo. You can pay your bill over the phone, by post or in person at the Patient Accounts Office. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm.
