The bus and train station is located on station road. It is about 25 mins walk from the hospital. Bus service 343 serves Ennis, Shannon and Limerick bus stations. Taxis are available at the station. Our reception staff can call a taxi for you.

The hospital chapel is on the ground floor of the hospital. It is open 24 hours a day.
Patient Advocacy Liaison Service (PALS)
The Patient Advocacy and Liaison Service (PALS) team acts as a point of contact between patients, their families or carers and the hospital. If you have concerns about any aspect of your care or service in Ennis Hospital, we advise you to speak to the person in charge of the area as they are best placed to address your concerns as quickly as possible. If you feel that your concerns have not been addressed or if you would like the support of an advocate the PALS team can assist you. The PALS team work on initiatives and ways to improve the patient experience by listening and responding to what matters to our patients. You can pay your bill over the phone, by post or in person at the patient accounts office. The office is open 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Directions: Enter the main entrance of the hospital. Turn right after reception. Turn left after admissions office. Enter X-ray waiting room and Patient Accounts is in front of you.
