Register for your COVID-19 vaccine by phone

It's best to register online for your COVID-19 vaccine. This is the quickest way to register.

But you can also register by phone.

Have your information ready

We will ask you for some personal information including your:

Try to have as much of this information ready as possible.

You can still register by phone if you do not have all of these things.

The best time to call is between 1pm and 6pm. You will get through to an operator quicker.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing

If you are deaf or hard of hearing you can text the COVID-19 helpline on 086 1800 661 to register for your vaccine.

If you are waiting more than 2 days for your COVID-19 test result, phone the COVID-19 helpline

Getting medical help

Find a GP and arrange an appointment.

GPs are family doctors and treat all common medical conditions. They are usually the first doctor you will see about non-emergency illnesses and health issues.

If you need to see a GP outside clinic hours, contact your local GP out of hours service.

Injury units are available in some parts of the country. They provide treatment for injuries that are not life-threatening.
