This service plans and implements care and pain treatment options for adults and children experiencing acute and/or chronic pain

Referrals and Appointments

Available to: All patients

Who needs to refer you: GP, Physiotherapist, Musculoskeletal clinic, Shannon Doc, Consultant-led teams (SHO, SPR, Consutant reivew)

Referral Information: X-Ray, MRI, relevant History, any other Depts referred to. All medication. Please specify if a Physiotherapist is involved
