Laboratory
The Department provides a comprehensive range of analytical results, observations and interpretation for the requesting doctor as well as clinical liaison and advice. The analytical service encompasses indices of fluid balance, liver function, renal function, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, and various hormones, proteins, enzymes, therapeutic drugs, tumour-associated substances and many other chemical and biochemical compounds.
Haematology Service
The Haematology Service provides a comprehensive service for haematology patients. It deals with the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases and cancer of the blood. We also provide a Myeloproliferative disorder Clinic.
