Neurology

Neurology is the branch of medicine or biology that deals with the anatomy, functions, and organic disorders of nerves and the nervous system. Neurology deals with the treatment and management of disorders that affect the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) and the peripheral nervous system (nerves and muscles which activate movement and transmit sensation from all parts of the body to the brain) including Stroke, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone, Parkinsons and Muscular dystrophy.

Inpatient Service

Inpatient acute care for older patients are provided for those who have multiple and complex medical problems, including falls, immobility and confusion.
