Transport
Nenagh town is serviced by Bus Eireann from Limerick and Dublin and also by Rapid Express bus service. The train station is situated 5 minutes walk from the hospital. The reception staff can call a taxi for you.

There is no shop on site. There is a newspaper round daily from the local shop across the road from the hospital.
Pharmacy
The hospital pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the hospital. The pharmacy service caters for inpatients only.
ATM machines
There are no ATMs in the hospital. The nearest ATMs are located in the Bank of Ireland in the centre of Nenagh town.
WiFi
There is no WiFi available at the hospital.
Chapel
There is a church located to the rear of the main hospital building where weekend masses take place. Mass takes place at 7.30pm on Saturdays and 10.30am on Sundays. There are no weekday masses. Masses are relayed to patients via the TV channel. Multi faith chaplains are available on request.

The Patient Advocacy and Liaison Service (PALS) team acts as a point of contact between patients, their families or carers and the hospital. If you have concerns about any aspect of your care or service in Nenagh Hospital, we advise you to speak to the person in charge of the area as they are best placed to address your concerns as quickly as possible. If you feel that your concerns have not been addressed or if you would like the support of an advocate the PALS team can assist you. The PALS team work on initiatives and ways to improve the patient experience by listening and responding to what matters to our patients. You can pay your bill over the phone, by post or in person at the patient accounts office. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm.
