Update your address and contact details

It's important that we have the correct postal address for you. This is so we can write to you when your next screening test is due. We will also write to you when your screening test results are available.

You will see blank fields to input your name and address. You should input your current address so that you can be sure we have your correct address.

 

The letters in your PPS number need to be inputted in uppercase. If you do not put them in uppercase, your PPS number may be refused or may not work.

We use your PPS number to ensure you are correctly identified on our Register.We will not share your PPS number with any other organisation or party. The National Screening Service is a body specified in legislation to use PPS Numbers.
