You can do some tests yourself to see if your pelvic floor is squeezing well. These are not exercises.
The stop test
When passing urine (peeing), try to stop or slow mid-stream. Do not do this more than once a week as it can increase your risk of urinary tract infection.
The self test
Lie down, put 1 or 2 fingers into your vagina and see if you can feel a squeeze around your fingers.
