Change in your baby's movements - Warning signs during pregnancy

Always get checked by a doctor or midwife immediately if you notice any change in your baby's movements.

A reduction or change in your baby's movements could be a warning sign that:

  • your baby is unwell
  • your baby does not have enough fluid around them
  • there is a risk of you having a stillbirth

If you are worried about your baby's movements contact your doctor or midwife immediately. Do not wait until the next day.
